Hair care foods:  You should pay special attention to your diet, because the effect of what we eat is visible in our body and hair. Include these things in the diet to keep hair healthy. There is a need to keep the right diet for beautiful hair, which can reduce the problem of hair. The beauty of the face is enhanced even more by the hair. In such a situation, it is also important for the hair to be healthy and strong.

It is important to know which foods you have to include in the diet for hair -

Eggs - By eating eggs, not only the hair, but the body also gets important nutrients like vitamin A, biotin, vitamin E, vitamin D, vitamin B, iron, phosphorus, selenium, zinc and protein. Eggs reduce hair fall and help in hair growth. 

Spinach - If you eat spinach in regular diet then it is very beneficial for your hair. Spinach contains many vitamins and minerals. Spinach is rich in vitamin C, folate, iron, beta carotene which helps in keeping the hair healthy and healthy.

Dry food - Walnuts, cashew nuts, almonds, raisins, pistachios and dates are beneficial for hair as well as skin. Nuts helps to strengthen the hair roots and prevent hair fall. 

Seeds - You can also include seeds in your diet. You can include flax seeds and sunflower seeds in your diet. These seeds contain vitamin E, which improves blood circulation in the scalp.

Curd - Eating curd not only gets rid of skin problems, but also ends hair fall and dryness of hair. You can also apply curd to the hair. 

Coconut oil - Apart from applying coconut oil, it is also used for food. Massage with coconut oil. Apply oil at night and go to sleep, apply coconut oil 1 hour before washing hair. This will make your hair look soft and shiny.
